Steakhouse Quality Beef

Our cattle are born and raised on our farm in rural Pawnee County. They live most of their lives on pasture and are fed a locally milled finishing ration for the last 90 days. Our beef is dry aged for 21 days before being cut and packaged to create the best flavor and texture.
