  • Prep Time:
  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • (2 packages (4 chops)) Pork Chops (Boneless)
  • (1 packet) Ranch Dressing Packet
  • (1/2 stick) Butter
  • Avocado Oil Spray (or other cooking spray)
  • (1 tsp) Paprika
  • (1 tsp) Parsley
  • (Dash) Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking pan with a generous amount of cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Arrange Pork Chops: Place the pork chops in the prepared baking pan.
  4. Add Butter: Cut the butter into small slices and lay them on top of all the pork chops. This will add flavor and moisture to the chops.
  5. Prepare Seasoning Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning packet, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the seasonings are well combined.
  6. Season Pork Chops: Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork chops. Ensure that all the chops are coated with the seasoning mixture.
  7. Lightly Spray: Lightly spray the top of the pork chops with cooking spray. This will help them brown and develop a nice crust.
  8. Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, uncovered. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops, so use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach a safe internal temperature of 145°F.
  9. Broil: After baking, switch the oven to broil mode and cook the pork chops for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the edges become crispy and golden brown. Keep a close eye on them during this step to avoid burning.
  10. Serve: Remove the baked ranch pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chops tender and flavorful.

Enjoy your delicious Baked Ranch Pork Chops! You can serve them with your favorite side dishes for a complete meal.
