- (1 package) Country Style Ribs
- (1) Lemon
- (1/2) Onion chopped
- (1 cup) Ketchup
- (1/3 cup) Worcestershire Sauce
- (1 teaspoon) Chili Powder
- (1 teaspoon) Salt
- (2 dashes) Tabasco Sauce
- (1 1/2 cups) Water
Mix the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over the ribs, onion, and lemon.
If baking in the oven, bake at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until ribs are tender.
If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 5-8 hours. Ribs should be so tender they fall apart.
Remove the lemon wedges before serving. Use a ladle to add extra juice on the ribs once they are plated.
